4. Can I get a downloadable version of EZ Viewer along with my Boxed EZ Viewer with Super Shipping? Answer: No. You must follow the instructions on our regular purchase page. Basically, you would order your EZ Viewer via fax, mail, or online. You would pay the regualr shipping charges. After you place your order, email us at support@gjcsoftware.com requesting that we send you a link to download EZ Viewer. Upon successful completion of your transaction, we send you the link.

1. Comparison of Shipping

Here's a quick comparison of our new Super Shipping option versus our conventional shipping method of USPS First Class/Priority Mail:

Note 1: One shipping price for any quantity of one item.
Note 2: Any item that's $2 S/H is $2 regardless of both quantity and type of item. For example, One Guide, Two Videos on CD, and One Program Disk all together is $2 to ship.
Note 3: Items denoted with "X" means that particular method of shipping is not available for that item.

2. What does Super Shipping mean?

Super Shipping lets you save money on shipping if you are willing to wait a little longer for your shipment. Super Shipping is FREE, no shipping charge is added to your purchase. We can do this by pooling our shipments in batches and ship them all at once at a discounted rate. We then "eat" the reduced shipping charge in the effort of increasing sales through customer interest. Here's the important things to remember:

• Super Shipping means FREE shipping
  
  
• Only EZ Viewer's (Full, upgrade) are eligible for Super Shipping. The EZ Viewer can ship with or without Videos on CD, Additional User Guides and/or Program Disks. As long as these items ship with an EZ Viewer, it's all shipped under Super Shipping at no additional cost.
  
  
• Additional User Guides, Program Disks, or Videos on CD's shipped without an EZ Viewer are not eligible for Super Shipping, so remember to add the $2 for those items.

3. How do you purchase items eligible for Super Shipping?

Fax or Mail Orders

If you are going to use the blank order form that you print first and fill out by hand:

• Make sure that you are purchasing items eligible for Super Shipping (See above). Then simply write in "$0.00" for S & H. That's it!

If you are going to use the order form that you fill out online first, then print:

• Make sure that you are purchasing items eligible for Super Shipping (See above). Then on the online form, type in "0.00" in the S & H field. Follow the instructions for the order form and print it.
